摘  要:前人对地层结垢的研究大多属于定性分析,很少有定量研究。文中以绥中36-1油田某区块为研究对象,在详细分析地层水和注入水离子质量浓度的基础上,从定量的角度出发,设计了单一因素和多因素耦合情况的实验方案,以确定注入水与地层水不配伍而产生的结垢量。实验结果表明:在不同的注入水与地层水配比下,随温度升高,结垢量变化曲线呈现出开口向下的抛物线趋势;注入水比例为50%和60%时,在多因素耦合的情况下,结垢量先随着温度和pH值同时变大而增大,随后出现下降的变化趋势。The researches on formation scaling made by predecessors mostly stay at qualitative analysis stage and there is little quantitative research. From the perspective of quantitative and taking some block in SZ36-10ilfield for study object, this paper puts forward the experiment scheme based on the analysis of formation water and mass concentration of injection water. The design of scaling amount will help to accurately determine the influence extent of single factor analysis and multiple factors coupled change, calculating the corresponding scaling amount. The result shows that the scaling amount increases with temperature rising at the different condition of injection water and formation water proportioning, presenting the openings downward on parabolic trend. Injected water ratio is 50% and 60% as the multi-factor coupling changes and the scaling amount first increases with the temperature and pH value increase, then it is an the changing trend of decline.
