摘  要:目的研究鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与基因型的关系。方法采用组织平板法对42株鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株的生物被膜形成能力进行半定量检测,并以肠杆菌基因间重复序列为引物的聚合酶链反应(enterobacterial repetitive consensus PCR,ERIC-PCR)技术对其进行基因分型。结果 42株鲍曼不动杆菌中,22株(52.4%)具有生物被膜形成能力,20株(47.6%)未形成生物被膜。42株鲍曼不动杆菌分为12个基因型,生物被膜形成阳性株散在分布于各种基因型中,未发现明显集中趋势及规律。结论鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与基因型之间无明显相关性,生物被膜的形成可能受其他遗传因素或环境因素调控。Objective To study the correlation between biofilm formation and genotype of Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods Microtitre plate assay was used to semiquantify biofilm formation of 42 strains of clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii.Then the genotypes were determined by the enterbacter repetitive intergenic consensus PCR(ERIC-PCR) method.Results Of the 42 isolates studied,22(52.4%) formed biofilms in vitro,20(47.6%) did not form biofilms.The 42 isolates were classified into 12 genotypes by ERIC-PCR.The biofilm-forming isolates scattered in each group without centralization and regularity.Conclusion There are no correlations between biofilm-forming and genotype of isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii.The formation of biofilm in Acinetobacter baumannii may be regulated by other environmental or inherent factors.
