摘  要:目的研究新生儿及婴幼儿正常脑外间隙在磁共振成像(MRI)上随月龄变化的规律。方法回顾性分析375例无神经系统疾病的新生儿及婴幼儿脑部的MRI影像。年龄为出生~2岁;男203例,女172例。按月龄将其分为7组。使用SIMENS 0.35T的永磁MRI扫描仪成像,行自旋回波序列T1加权成像(T1WI)及T2加权成像(T2WI),在T2WI上测量额前、颞前脑外间隙、外侧裂及纵裂的宽度。结果新生儿及婴幼儿375例脑部MRI图像均可很好地显示额前、颞前、外侧裂及纵裂处脑外间隙。出生到4~6个月额前、颞前、外侧裂及纵裂处脑外间隙逐渐增宽,4~6个月时最宽,后逐渐减小。4~6个月时额前、颞前脑外间隙、外侧裂、纵裂的宽度为(3.73±1.47)mm、(4.53±2.06)mm、(5.56±1.75)mm、(3.62±1.25)mm。结论新生儿及婴幼儿正常脑外间隙在4~6个月时最宽,且MRI上脑外间隙演变具有一定的规律。Objective To study magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) variation of extracerebral space in normal neonates and infants with month age.Methods Brain MRI images of 375 cases of non-nervous system diseases in neonates and infants brain were reviewed,aged from birth to 2 years old,203 male,172 female,they were divided into 7 groups by months.A SIMENS 0.35 T permanent magnet MRI apparatus was used,with spin-echo T1-weighted imaging(T1WI) and T2-weighted imaging(T2WI).The width of extracerebral space at the frontal,temporal,sylvian fissure,and intercerebral fissure were measured on T2WI.Results Three hundred and seventy-five cases of the extra-cerebral space MRI images at the frontal,temporal,sylvian fissure,and intercerebral fissure were displayed well.The extracerebral space widened from birth to 4-6 months gradually,the extracerebral space was the most wide during 4-6 months,the extracerebral space decreased gradually after 4-6 months.The width of extracerebral space at the frontal,temporal,sylvian fissure,and intercerebral fissure were(3.73±1.47) mm,(4.53±2.06) mm,(5.56±1.75) mm,(3.62±1.25) mm,respectively during 4-6 months of age.Conclusion The extracerebral space was the most wide during 4-6 months of age,and the MRI variation of extracerebral space has certain laws.
