超声引导植入^(125)Ⅰ放射性粒子治疗晚期肝癌

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下植入125I放射性粒子治疗晚期肝癌的价值。方法 在超声引导下,经皮穿刺肝癌,并依据放射治疗计划植入适当数量的125I放射性粒子。结果 30例患者粒子植入均获成功。超声能清晰显示肿块,准确引导穿刺及粒子植入。30例患者中,肿瘤完全缓解0例,部分缓解18例,无变化8例,进展4例。结论超声引导下植入125I放射性粒子治疗晚期肝癌安全、微创、并发症少,疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided 125I radioactive seed implantation for late-stage liver tumors.Methods A total of 30 patients with late-stage liver tumors underwent 125I seed implantation guided by ultrasound,and depended on therapy planning.Results 125I seeds were successfully implanted into 30 patients and the mass was displayed clearly on ultrasonography.Under the guidance of ultrasound,puncture and seed implantation were exactly guided.Complete response 0,partial response 18,no change 8,progressive disease 4 in 30 patients.Conclusion Brachytherapy with 125I seeds implantation guided by ultrasound is a safe,minimally invasive and effective treatment with low complications for late-stage liver tumors.
