摘  要:目的本文使用自行研制的X线机高压测量仪,对两台X线机进行测量,同时使用非介入式X线多参数测量仪进行测量,比较两者的测量结果,判定研制设备的测量误差。方法 选择两台X线发生装置作为被测件用来测量数据,设定常用曝光参数,用研制的X线机高压测量仪和非介入式X线多参数测量仪分别测量两台X线机高压数据,计算测量误差。结果研制的X线机高压测量仪能够获得X线机高压发生器输出高压的平均值、上升时间、下降时间、曝光时间及纹波系数,高压值测量误差小于非介入式X线多参数测量仪。结论自行研制的X线机高压测量仪的测量误差能够满足测量的需要。Objective We use the X-ray high voltage measuring device which is designed by ourselves to measure parameters of two X-ray equipments.We also use no-intervening multifunctional X-ray measuring device to do so.And then we estimate the error of the device by comparing the results of the two experiments.Methods Two X-ray equipments were selected for testing,and were used to measure the high-voltage output after the parameters were set up.We calculate the measuring error finally.Results The value of high voltage output,the raising time,the dropping time,the exposure time and the ripple coefficient are getable by the developed X-ray high voltage measuring device.The measuring error brought by the developed X-ray high voltage measuring device is less than that by the no-intervening multifunctional X-ray measuring device.Conclusion The measuring error brought by the X-ray high voltage measuring device which is designed by us meets the error ranges.
