摘 要:目的探讨数字化X线乳腺摄影的摆位操作技巧,以提高其图像质量,并加以控制充分发挥其优势。方法 对实施质量控制前后的数字化X线乳腺摄影的图像资料进行对比、分析,统计出两组图像各自的甲级片和非甲级片率,并对非甲级片产生的原因进行分析。结果甲级片率由实施控制前的76.8%提高至控制后的90.4%,数字化X线乳腺摄影的图像质量得到显著提高。结论选择适当的摄影方法,严格按照乳腺摄影的技术要求进行摄影工作,才能提高照片的图像质量,更好的显示病灶,为临床提供更好的诊断依据,同时获得较大的社会效益与经济效益。Objective Discussing how to improve digital mammogram imaging quality by utilizing optimal technique.Methods Comparing and analyzing the digital mammogram images which were grouped as "non-quality-control" and "quality-control".Making statistics for each group's percentage of "A level" picture and "non-A level" picture.Analyzing the reasons for appeaing non-A level images.Results Digital images' quality was greatly improved after the quality control process and the percentage of A-level images increased to 90.4% from 76.8%.Conclusion Mammogram image quality can be improved by selecting appropriate patient-positioning and closely monitoring technique.The improved images clearly highlight lesions therefore assisting with clinical diagnosis which will be beneficial socially and economically.
