摘 要:端口间隔离电压是并行测试中的一个重要指标。为了有效、准确地测量并行测试端口间的隔离电压,从定义、面临的困难及解决方案等方面对此进行了研究。首先明确了并行测试端口间隔离电压的定义,接着分析了测试端口间隔离电压所面临的困难,并提出了相应的解决方案,最后设计了由检测电路、共地隔离电路和自动加载电压电路组成的测试系统,并进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,所设计的测试系统可以有效地测试端口间隔离电压,误差为0.6%,测试精度较高。最后给出了一些测试端口间隔离电压的参考思路。One of the most important guidelines in parallel test system is isolation voltage between two ports. In order to efficiently and accurately test isolation voltage between two ports in parallel test system, the study was developed from the definition, faced diffieuhies and corresponding designs of it. Firstly, the definition of isolation voltage between two ports in parallel test system was made. Then the difficul- ties in testing ports isolation voltage were analyzed and corresponding schemes of solving them were presented. The proposed system, to test ports' isolation voltage of parallel test system, was composed of testing circuit, altogether ground isolation circuit and auto loading circuit. And it was simulated by using PSpice. The simulation results show that the test system could test ports' isolation voltage more accurate and effective. The test error is iust 0.6%. Some referenced methods are finally Proposed for testin~ Ports' isolation voltage.
