摘 要:卫星微振动是影响高精度卫星指向精度和成像质量等关键性能的重要因素;文章针对某卫星微振动力学环境展开分析,研究国内外卫星微振动虚拟仿真方法,借鉴IME颤振分析及刚柔耦合动力学建模分析方法,建立一种卫星刚柔耦合多体动力学微振动仿真分析模型,通过微振动地面试验验证了该仿真方法与卫星仿真模型的正确性;借助该模型,预测卫星在轨微振动环境及卫星微振动的影响,得到卫星载荷安装界面微振动量级在0.002g^0.006g之间,为卫星上敏感载荷的研制及其减振方案的设计提供了参考。The micro--vibration of satellite is a key factor which affects the key performance of high precision satellite, such as the point- ing precision and imaging quality. According to the micro--vibration environment of some satellite, one micro--vibration model of satellite, based on the method of micro--vibration modeling of IME and coupling dynamics, has developed after researching the overseas and domestic technology of satellite' s micro--vibration virtual simulation. The agreement of the result from the ground micro--vibration test and the mi- cro-vibration model has proved the accuracy of the technology and the micro--vibration model. The micro--vibration of satellite in orbit and satellite sensitive payload is indicated by the micro--vibration model, which provides reference for the research of satellite sensitive payload and the anti--vibration design.
