摘　　要：文章针对我军装备保障诊断效率低的问题,分析了开放式ATS测试诊断信息的标准化中存在的不足,研究了AI-ESTATECEM诊断实体及实体间的关系,提出了基于STEP28的CEM实体数据类型的标准化描述方法,建立了符合ATML标准的诊断信息的标准化描述,该方法保证了诊断知识的平台无关性、可移植性、可互换性。Due to the low diagnosis effectiveness in the weapon supporting system, the deficiency of standard test diagnosis information in the open ATS is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the AI--ESTATE CEM information entity , such as diagnosis , test, resource, and these entity relationships are analyzed. Secondly, a set of formal specification for the CEM entity datatype based on STEP28 is introduced. Final- ly, the method of the standard diagnosis information description according with ATML standard is established, which provides platform irrel- evance, portability and interoperahilityof diagnosis knowledge,
