中西医结合治疗顽固性过敏性紫癜30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿顽固性过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年1月—2010年9月收治的56例过敏性紫癜复发患儿随机分为两组,其中治疗组30例,对照组26例。对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗,14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率为86.67%,总有效率96.70%。对照组临床治愈率42.30%,总有效率73.08%。结论中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可提高疗效,减少复发,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats the young child stubborn allergic purpura.Methods Totally 56 babies who in January,2009-September,2010 in our hospital divide into two groups stochastically,treatment group 30 cases,control group 26 cases.The control group used the pure western medicine treatment,the treatment group adds on control group’s foundation with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,after 14d,observed the curative effect.Results The treatment group clinical cure rate is 86.67%,total effectiveness 96.70%.Control group clinical cure rate 42.31%,total effectiveness 73.08%.Conclusions The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats the young child allergic purpura is possible to enhance the curative effect,reduces the recrudescence,is worth the clinical promotion.
