摘　　要：目的探讨应用DHS治疗中老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 2005年2月至2010年2月采用DHS对56例老年股骨转子间骨折进行手术治疗,对结果进行回顾分析。结果 56例获得6～36个月随访,平均27个月。本组优38例,良12例,可6例。骨性愈合时间为4～8个月。无伤口、肺部、泌尿系感染,无骨不连,无内固定断裂脱出,无髋内翻,无下肢深静脉血栓形成等并发症。结论 DHS内固定疗效肯定,是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。Objective To evaluate DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods February 2005 to February 2010 by DHS in 56 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated surgically,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Totally 56 patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months,an average of 27 months.This group of excellent in 38 cases,good in 12 cases,ok in 6 cases.Bone healing time was 4 to 8 months.No wound,lung,urinary tract infection,nonunion,fracture fixation without prolapse,no hip varus,no deep vein thrombosis complications.Conclusions DHS fixation is effective and is the ideal method to treat intertrochanteric fractures.
