摘 要:目的了解血及中心静脉导管培养病原菌分布特点。方法应用WHONET5.4软件分析对我院2003年1月至2010年12月血培养及中心静脉导管培养病原菌进行统计分析。结果8年问血培养共分离出病原菌302株,以球菌居多(51.66%),其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌居首位(34.44%)。导管相关血流感染59例,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌仍为主要病原菌,占44.07%。结论凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌是院内感染导致血流感染的最常见病原菌。中心静脉导管相关血流感染病原菌种类及构成比与血培养病原菌相似。Objective To investigate the distribute of pathogenic bacteria cultured from blood and central venous catheter. Methods Pathogenic bacteria cultured from blood and central venous catheter were analyzed with WHONET 5.4 software from January 2003 to December 2010 in the hospital. Results 302 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from blood samples. The main pathogens were gram- positive cocci (51.66% ), coagulase-negative Staphylococci were the most common pathogens (34.44 % ). 59 cases were central venous catheter related infection, coagulase-negative Staphylococci were also the most common pathogens (44.07 %). Conclusions Coagulase-negative Staphylococci are the most common pathogens from blood and central venous catheter, and pathogens from two kinds of samples are similar.
