摘 要:利用热重-红外联用技术,研究了氮气气氛下报废汽车顶棚材料在30~900℃的热解行为,分析了其热解过程的热解反应特性以及动力学。汽车顶棚材料的组成为含有较高比重无机填料的聚氨酯泡沫塑料。不同热解温度下挥发份的红外谱图分析表明,热解产物含有烷烃、烯烃、醇、胺等。三个热解阶段发生的热解反应分别是聚氨酯中氨基甲酸酯基的热分解、一次热解产物的二次分解以及无机填料的高温热分解。低温热解实验及动力学计算表明,若350℃下热解1.5 h。除无机填料外,汽车顶棚材料能够热解完全。用微分法与积分法相结合的方法求得了前两个热解阶段的反应机理微分函数及动力学参数。The pyrolysis performance of the ceiling material of automobile scrap residues was investigated with thermogravimetry (T(3) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) under nitrogen atmosphere for heating rate of 10 K/min from 30 ℃to 900 ℃. The results showed that material of the ceiling of automobile scrap residues was mainly composed of polyurethane and inorganic fillers of high proportion. Alkanes, alkenes and alcohols as well as amine were found in the pyrolysate through FTIR spectra analysis. Three stages were plotted out to describe the thermal process on the basis of mass loss rate. The main reactions of three stages are carbamate decomposition, secondary decomposition of products of carbamate decomposition, decomposition of inorganic fillers under high temperatures. In addition, pyrolysis of sample at 300℃and 350 ℃were examined under nitrogen atmosphere in a tubular reactor. The results of experiment and calculation indicated that the pyrolysis of sample was completed at 350 ℃ except the inorganic fillers. The reaction mechanisms and kinetic parameters were calculated by means of combination of the differential method and the integral method. The differential pyrolysis functions of the first two stages were obtained respectively.
