摘 要:通过对HZSM-5,Hβ,HUSY,HSSY等分子筛催化剂在环己烯水合反应体系中进行活性评价,得到较优的催化剂HZSM-5。考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂含量、原料物质的量比等对HZSM-5分子筛催化环己烯水合反应的影响。得到较佳的反应条件为搅拌速度360 r/min,反应时间4 h,反应温度405 K,反应原料物质的量比n(C_6H_(10)):n(H_2O)为1:14,催化剂(HZSM-5)含量为20%质量分率。此时,环己烯转化率为9 84%,环己醇选择性为99.7%,环己醇收率为9.73%。同时还考察了HZSM-5分子筛的稳定性,重复实验5次,环己醇收率略有降低。The performance of HZSM-5, Hβ, HUSY and HSSY zeolites in cyclohexene hydration were tested, and HZSM-5 showed the superiority performance. The influences of rotation speed, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst content and the feed mole ratio on cyclohexene hydration over HZSM-5 zeolite (SiO2/Al2O3=25) were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: rotation speed 360 r/min, reaction time 4 h, temperature 405 K, mass fraction of HZSM-5 zeolite 20% and molar ratio of cyclohexene to water in feed 1:14. Under the conditions, the cyclohexene conversion was 9.84%, the selectivity and yield of cyclohexanol were 99.7% and 9.73% respectively. At the same time, the stability of HZSM-5 zeolite was tested. The results showed that the yield of cyclohexanol decreased a little after reused 5 times.
