摘　　要：本文在总结本院医疗保健工作实践经验的基础上,提出通过推进"综合支撑力""品牌影响力"和"全维保障力"建设,切实提高医疗服务水平和质量的方法和思路。The article summarized the hospital health care performance and experience in recent years.The author put forward the conception of ＇ three forces＇ , which means comprehensive support force, brand influence, and full -dimensional protection force. Some measures and thoughts were provided to improve the standard and quality of medical service level.
