摘　　要：本文针对空军转型建设赋予航卫保障工作的新要求、新使命,探讨和积极研究,科学创新保障思路,不断创新保障模式,大力创新保障平台,全面建立飞行人员医疗保障新模式,有效提高航卫保障质量和水平。According to new requirements and missions of aeromedical support during the air forceg trans- formation construction stage, our hospital carried out deep researches, proposed the new support thinking, new support model and new support platform. Finally our hospital built the new medical security model for flight crews which improved the level and quality of aeromedical support.
