摘　　要：军队医院平战时快速医疗救治能力,是平时和战时有效保障、快速恢复部队战斗力的根本保证。应当针对军队医院快速医疗救治能力形成和生长的"基础性、实践性、综合性和反复性"等特点,采取"抓基础,筑牢生能根基;重实践,炼强实际能力;统综合,多元聚能归一;防反复,持续增强能力"的综合措施,全力推进军队医院快速医疗救治能力不断增强。Rapid medical treatment capability of military hospital was the basic guarantee of effective support and rapid combat effectiveness recovery in peacetime and wartime. The article analyzed the characteristics of forming rapid medical treatment capability. Some measures were put forward to promote the improvement of rapid medical treatment capability, which included grasping the basis, paying attention to practicing and actual capability, intensifying the integration of all kinds of capabilities, taking precautions of reversal.
