摘　　要：本文基于联合国医疗标准操作程序,分析二级医院实施医疗后送时应注意的相关管理策略,并且根据维和经验,就医疗后送机制存在某些不足,提出相应的建议。The author analyzed the management strategy of Level 2 peacekeeping hospital performing medical evacuation based on the medical Standard Operation Procedure （SOP）. And according to the experience for peacekeeping,the defects and suggestions were pointed out of the mechanism.
