摘 要:针对T型导轨压弯校正工艺中回弹量难以准确获得的问题展开讨论.考虑到T型导轨水平方向为对称截面而垂直方向为非对称截面,不同方向上的压弯回弹规律有较大的差异性与复杂性,利用线性强化弹塑性理论分析了T型导轨水平与垂直二个维度上的压弯回弹特性,得出各维度上的回弹曲率与压弯曲率、回弹量与压弯量间的解析表达式,以此为基础可方便得出一定压弯量下的回弹量.在电子万能试验机上进行T型导轨的二维压弯试验,通过比较一定压弯量下的解析回弹量与试验回弹量,结果表明,两者间的最小相对误差侧面为1.35%、顶面为1.97%,回弹解析具有较高的精度,但相对误差随压弯量的增大而有所增大,误差增大的原因与回弹解析过程中的弹塑性力学假设有关.In order to obtain the accurate springback in the bending correction process of T-rail,considering T-rail has vertical non-symmetrical cross-section besides horizontal symmetrical cross-section,the bending springback rules in both directions had great diversity and complexity,linear hardening elastic-plastic theory was used to analyze the mechanism of two-dimensional bending springback,the analytical expressions of springback curvature and bending curvature,springback and bending deflection,were gained.So the springback of specific bending could be easily obtained.The two-dimensional bending tests of T-rail were conducted by Electronic Universal Testing Machine,comparing the springback obtained by analytical expressions and tests,the minimum relative error is 1.35% in the horizontal direction and 1.97% in the vertical direction,it shows the springback expressions are accurate,but the relative errors of analytical springback will rise with the increase of bending deflection because of elastic-plastic mechanics assumption in the springback analysis.
