摘　　要：遵照军队任职教育的要求,武警医学院图书馆开展医学信息检索教学时依据武警系统卫生干部的特点确定教学目标,依据卫生干部的需求选定教学内容,将集中培训与个别辅导相结合,在提高干部信息素质的基础上,提高科研论文的写作能力。教学实践证明,这样既增强了卫生干部的发展后劲,又有利于在职卫生干部成为胜任"全岗位"、"全职能"的复合型军事医学人才。The teaching objective of Chinese PLA Armed Police Forces Medical College was decided following the requirements of military post holding education and the characteristics of health cadres, the teaching contents were selected according to the demands of health cadres, and concentrated training was combined with individual guidance in order to improve the information literacy and paper-writing competence of health cadres, which can not only improve their future stamina, but also benefit them to become ＂all-post＂ and ＂all-function＂ compound military medical talents.
