摘 要:采用预处理法对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)进行环氧化改性,合成了具有不同环氧度的环氧化TPI(ETPI),考察了预处理剂/水(体积比,下同)、投料比[过氧乙酸/TPI(摩尔比,下同)]对ETPI环氧度的影响,并对ETPI的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,预处理法合成的ETPI其环氧度显著提高,当预处理剂/水为70/130时,所得ETPI的环氧度可达19.0%;当投料比大于2/5时,环氧度开始降低,最佳投料比为2/5;TPI环氧化后,其物理机械性能有所降低;ETPI(环氧度15.8%)具有2个玻璃化转变温度,分别是-57.2℃和-9.8℃。The trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI) was epoxidized by pretreatment method and epoxidized TPI(ETPI) with different epoxy degree was obtained.The effects of pretreatment agent/H2O(volume ratio) and feed ratio[peracetic acid/TPI(mole ratio)] on epoxy degree were investigated,and the structure and properties of ETPI were characterized.The results showed that the epoxy degree of ETPI synthesized by pretreatment method improved evidently,the epoxy degree could reach to 19.0% when the pretreatment agent/H2O(volume ratio) was 70/130.The epoxy degree began to decrease when feed ratio(mole ratio) exceeded 2/5,so that the optimum feed ratio(mole ratio) was selected to be 2/5.After epoxidized,ETPI got worse in mechanical properties.There were two glass transition temperatures for ETPI with epoxy degree of 15.8%,one was-57.2 ℃,the other was-9.8 ℃.
