摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)热塑性弹性体(TPV),并在基体中添加聚烯烃弹性体(POE)以改善其性能。对所制得的TPV的力学性能、微观相结构和动态黏弹行为进行了研究。结果表明,当HDPE/EPDM(质量比)为40/60时,HDPE/EPDM TPV表现出良好的综合性能;用POE取代其中的部分HDPE后,TPV的硬度和永久变形显著降低。EPDM以几微米到几十微米的粒子较为均匀地分散于树脂基体中;在基体中加入POE后,TPV的拉伸断面较为平滑,形变回复能力增强。随着扫描频率的增加,HDPE/POE/EPDM TPV的储能模量呈线性增长,损耗模量先升高后降低且在1.6 Hz附近出现最高值;增加TPV中POE的含量,其储能模量和损耗模量均明显降低。High density polyethylene(HDPE)/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) thermoplastic elastomers was prepared by dynamic vulcanization(TPV),polyolefin elastomer(POE) was added into the TPV in order to improve its properties,the mechanical properties,the micro-phase structure and the dynamic viscoelastic behavior of the prepared TPV were investigated.The results showed that the all-round properties of the TPV were better when HDPE/EPDM(mass ratio) was 40/60;the hardness and permanent set of the TPV decreased obviously when part of HDPE was replaced by POE.The particles of vulcanized EPDM were dispersed evenly in the resin matrix and in the range of ten more to tens micron.For the HDPE/POE/EPDM TPV,the fracture surface morphology was smooth,indicating the increased deformation recovery ability.With increasing the frequency,the storage modulus showed the linear increase,the peak of loss modulus occurred at 1.6 Hz.Increasing the content of POE in the HDPE/POE/EPMD TPV,both the storage modulus and the loss modulus decreased obviously.
