摘　　要：使用正版软件工作是我国知识产权保护工作的重要任务之一。通过分析企业发展的内在需要和外在要求,说明使用正版软件是确保企业可持续发展的必然选择。通过分析使用正版软件工作的成效和存在的问题,提出正版软件采购中的4种不同方式,分析比较了这些方式的优缺点,同时对提高正版软件的使用效率也提出了具体方法。Using authorized software is one of the important tasks of intellectual property protection in China. After analyzing the internal demand and external requirements for enterprise development, it has been found that using authorized software is necessary for enterprise sustainable development. This paper analyzes the effects and problems of using authorized software. Four different methods of authorized software procurement are proposed and compared. Detailed instruction on how to raise application efficiency of authorized software is given, and suggestions on further promoting the usage of authorized software are presented.
