摘 要:降低CO2排放量、缓解温室效应,已成为国际社会的广泛共识。碳酸二甲酯(DMC)是国际公认的绿色溶剂,低温下对CO2具有良好的吸收性能,具有规模化应用的潜力。该文针对整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)电厂燃烧前CO2的捕集过程,建立了DMC捕集CO2的工艺流程,对此流程进行了模拟计算并开展了技术经济分析。计算结果显示:在96%的捕集率下每吨CO2捕集能耗约在1.3~1.7GJ的范围内,DMC捕集每吨CO2工艺成本约为200元;在考虑关键变量不确定性的情况下,其成本变化范围约180~230元/t,具有经济可行性;由于具有环境友好的特点,DMC作为燃烧前CO2捕集技术的新型吸收剂具有一定的竞争力。To reduce C()e emissions and ease the?greenhouse effect has become widespread international consensus. Due to the great solubility of CO2 at low temperatures, dimethyl earhonate (DMC) is considered as a green reagent and has the potential for large-scale applications. The C02 capture process of an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) system was simulated using DMC as the physical absorbent. The techno-economic model was then developed to analyze the C02 capture cost. The results show that the energy requirement varies in the range of 1.3 1.7 GJ per ton of CO2 at the capture rate of 96%. The C02 capture cost is about 200 yuan RMB per ton of CO2, while in consideration of the uncertainty of the key variables, the cost varies between 180 and 230 yuan RMB, which demonstrates the economic feasibility of the process. Because of the environmental friendly merit, DMC, as a novel absorbent, has noteworthy competitiveness in pre-combustion C02 capture technologies.
