摘 要:清华大学百年会堂项目室外中央广场平台选用架空石材铺贴方式,为满足工期要求,采用万能支撑器代替原设计方案中的砖墩作为石材支架。该文分析了万能支撑器的组成、功能。结合该工程,在施工方法、施工速度、施工精确度、施工完成后美观程度以及强度、质量、经济性等方面,对利用万能支撑器与传统常规做法的效果进行细致、综合的比较。研究结果表明:使用万能支撑器在质量、工期、造价、维修等方面均具有明显的优势,在建筑工程的景观架空领域可大量采用万能支撑器。The overhead stone material pave and paste method was adopted in the project of the central square construction outside the Century Hall at Tsinghua University. Universal support apparatuses were chosen as the stone bear frame instead of brick frusta in the original design to guarantee the construction schedule. The composition and function of the universal support apparatus were analyzed, with comparisons in consideration of the project then made between the universal support apparatus and tradilional support in aspects such as the construction method, construction rate, construction aeeuraey, as well as the appearance, strength, quality and economy. The results show that the universal support apparatus has obvious advantages in quality, construction period, cost and maintenance, therefore, the apparatus can be widely used in overhead landscape constructions.
