摘 要:结合玉树4.14大地震中底框一抗震墙结构的震害现象,分析了底框-抗震墙结构在地震作用下的受力特点。依据最新颁布《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)相关新增条文的学习和理解,并以7度设防区为例,对该结构抗震没计所涉及的:刚度比控制,抗震承载力、薄弱层验算、框架柱设计及过渡层等主要概念和参数进行了探讨和分析,提出了设计建议,供工程设计人员参考。Combined with seismic damages of bottom frame shear wall structures in Yushu 4. 14 earthquake,performances of such structures under earthquakes were analyzed. According to the related new provisions in the latest Code for seismic design of buildings (GB50010--2010) , a bottom frame shear wall structure in 7 degree seismic intensity is taken as an example for discussing and analyzing the main factors for the seismic design of such structures, which include: control of stiffness ratios, seismic capacity, weak storey checking, the design of column and the transition storey. Finally, some design propositions are given for the designers.
