摘  要:通过测试经不同距离泵送后的水泥乳化沥青砂浆与未经泵送砂浆间流动度、扩展度、含气量、容量、温度、膨胀率、分离度、强度、弹性模量与抗冻性、抗疲劳性等指标的差异以及对比施工现场经泵送后砂浆的灌揭板效果,研究了泵送施工对高敏感性水泥乳化沥青砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,采用该泵送技术,水泥乳化沥青砂浆经300m以上的长距离泵送后,其物理、力学和耐久性能等指标均未发生明显变化,均满足技术条件要求;现场揭板效果良好,充填层实体质量符合要求。因此,该泵送技术适用于水泥乳化沥青砂浆的大规模快速施工。To study the influence of pumping construction on the performance of high sensitivity cement emulsified asphalt mortar at different distances,the differences of cement emulsified asphalt mortar between after pumped and without pumped were studied by testing the indexes of fluidity,extension,air content,mass per unit volume,temperature,expansion rate,separation degree,flexural and compressive strength,elastic modulus,frost resistance and fatigue resistance.The physical quality of pumped cement emulsified asphalt mortar was studied by exposing plates on site as well.The results showed that the physical,mechanical and durability performance of cement emulsified asphalt mortar were not changed significantly when the pumping technique was adopted.All these parameters met the requirement of the technical rules.The physical quality of pumped cement emulsified asphalt mortar as the filling layer on site also met the requirements.Therefore,the pumping technique was proved to be suitable for the rapid large-scale construction of cement emulsified asphalt in ballastless track.
