摘 要:广州仑头-生物岛隧道工程的基坑临时支护,采用钢管桩和高强度等级的混凝土止水墙;基于止水墙的结构特点,常见的挖泥船难以挖掘,施工受到巨大挑战。针对其结构特点提出相应方案,并进行了可行性分析。根据最终确定的方案,运用钩机船装备水下液压锤的拆除技术,成功拆除了深达20.25m的混凝土墙,同时通过采取预钻孔定位等工艺优化措施,解决了水下定位难题,减少了机械故障,提高了作业效率。Steel pile and high-grade concrete waterproof wall are used for the foundation temporary support of Guangzhou Luntou-Bio Island Tunnel Project.Based on the structure characteristics of concrete wall,it is very difficult to excavate the wall with common dredger.To remove it gets enormous challenges.According to the structural characteristics,the author proposes corresponding scheme,and analyzes the feasibility.The concrete wall with 22.25m depth is successfully removed by the demolition technology of backhoe dredger equipped with underwater hydraulic hammer,furthermore,some problems such as the underwater positioning,frequent mechanical failure and low efficiency are solved by process optimization measures such as pre-drilled positioning.
