摘  要:拆除承重墙体实现房屋大空间改造,将对原结构受力体系产生很大影响,因此施工方案选择与安全问题显得尤为重要。结合实际工程经验,介绍了托换方案选择原则,研究总结了几种通过梁托换实现局部大空间改造的做法:钢筋混凝土梁托换,包括双梁托换、单梁托换、铁马凳支顶托换方案;型钢框式托换方案,包括3种槽钢托换做法。在此基础上,对比分析了这些方案的优缺点、适用条件、环保价值及经济效益等。Achieving large space of buildings by dismantling the bearing walls will change the structural forced systems,so construction scheme selection and security issues become very important.Based on practical engineering experience,some underpinning design for large space reforming are proposed,such as reinforced concrete beams underpinning,including underpinning with a single beam or double beams or steel support;as well as underpinning with profile steel frames,including three channel steel underpinning methods.For these underpinning methods,the advantages and disadvantages and applied conditions are discussed as well as environmental value and economic benefit and so on.
