摘 要:目的:建立HPLC法检查氯解磷定中的有关物质。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-磷酸盐混合液(取磷酸二氢钾6.8 g与辛烷磺酸钠0.54 g,加水适量使溶解并稀释至1 000 mL,摇匀)(14∶100)为流动相;检测波长220 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温30℃。结果:氯解磷定在8.07~28.25 mg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 97)。结论:本方法快速、准确,可用于氯解磷定中的有关物质检查。Objective: To establish a method for the inspection of related substances in Pralidoxime Chloride by HPLC. Meth- ods: The assay was conducted on a Discovery HPLC column C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-phosphate mixed solution( to 6.8g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.54 g of sodium octanesulfonate add appropriate amount haemo- lyze of water and dilute to 1 000 mL) ( 14: 100) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min-1. Column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curve is linear in the range of 8.07 - 28.25mg ( r = 0. 999 97) for Pralidoxime Chloride. Conclusion : The HPLC method is quick and accurate which may be used for the inspection of related substances in Pralidoxime Chloride.
