摘  要:用溶胶-凝胶法合成绿色长余辉荧光粉Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+,并研究合成工艺及Tb3+和Mn2+掺量对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明:合成Sr2ZnSi2O7的晶体结构为立方晶系;Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+荧光粉在522 nm附近的主要发射峰归属为Mn2+的4T1(4G)→6A1g(6S)跃迁,Mn2+→2O2-的电荷迁移带跃迁可产生一系列的激发峰;经紫外灯激发10 min后,样品在暗场中可持续发光2 h以上。热释发光实验证实:Tb3+掺杂能有效降低材料能级陷阱,改善荧光粉的发光性能;Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+荧光粉有一个合适的能级陷阱,为0.35 eV。Green long afterglow phosphors Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+ were synthesized by sol–gel method.Preparation techniques and dosages of Tb3+ and Mn2+,in relation to the luminescence properties of the phosphors,were systematically investigated.Results show that phosphor Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+ has a cubic structure.Emission spectra of phosphor Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+ around 522 nm are mainly attributed to Mn2+ transition from 4T1(4G) to 6A1g(6S).A series of excitation peaks are attributed to the charge transfer band transition of Mn2+→2O2–.With 10 min ultraviolet light irradiation,this phosphor shows obvious long-lasting phosphorescence that can be clearly seen with the naked eye in a dark room over 2 h after the irradiation source has been removed.Thermoluminescence spectra indicated that the addition of Tb3+ can greatly reduce the trap depth of phosphors to improve the luminescence properties of phosphors.The depth of 0.35 eV for phosphor Sr2ZnSi2O7:Mn2+,Tb3+ is suitable for the production of long-lasting phosphorescence.
