摘  要:采用快速液相烧结法制备Bi1-xHoxFeO3(x=0,0.05,0.10)系列陶瓷样品,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、铁电仪和振动样品磁强计测量与分析样品结构、形貌、铁电和铁磁性能。结果表明:所有样品的主衍射峰与纯相BiFeO3相吻合且具有良好的晶体结构,样品晶粒尺寸随着Ho3+的引入而逐渐变小,为1~5μm;在15 kV/cm电场下,Bi0.9Ho0.10FeO3样品的剩余极化强度为0.83μC/cm2,是纯相BiFeO3的12倍;随着Ho3+的掺杂,样品的磁性能显著提高,在磁场为1 000 Oe(1 Oe=79.5 A/m)作用下,Bi0.9Ho0.10FeO3已具有完整的磁滞回线,呈显弱铁磁性能,剩余磁化强度为0.03emu/g(1 emu/g=1 A·m2/kg),饱和磁化强度为0.292 emu/g。Multiferroic Bi1–xHoxFeO3(x = 0,0.05,0.10) ceramics were prepared by rapid liquid phase sintering method.Structure,morphology,ferroelectric and ferromagnetic properties of BiFeO3 ceramics were characterized using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,ferroelectric tester,and vibrating sample magnetometer.Results show that all peaks for samples Bi1–xHoxFeO3 are indexed according to the crystal structure of pure BiFeO3 and grain sizes from 1 μm to 5 μm are observed for BiFeO3 samples doped with Ho3+.A saturated polarization–electric field hysteresis loop was obtained for samples Bi0.9Ho0.10FeO3 with a large remanent polarization of 0.83 μC/cm2 at magnetic field of 1 000 Oe(1 Oe = 79.5 A/m),reaching twelve times that of pure BiFeO3 with an electric field of 15 kV/cm applied,indicating that the enhanced ferroelectricity of the BiFeO3 system with Ho3+ doping enhances the ferroelectricity of BiFeO3 system;meanwhile,enhanced ferromagnetic properties of Bi1–xHoxFeO3 ceramics were also observed at room temperature when Ho3+ dosage was increased.The highest residual magnetization and saturation magnetization(0.03 emu/g(1 emu/g = 1 A?m2/kg) and 0.292 emu/g,respectively) were obtained when x = 0.10,at which whole magnetic hysteresis was observed.
