摘 要:研究α-磷酸三钙(α-tricalcium phosphate,α-TCP)在70℃、常压、水化反应24 h后的水化产物随水化初始pH值的变化规律及pH值对α-TCP水化产物形貌的调控机理。扫描电镜观察结果表明水化初始pH值对水化产物形貌影响很大:当初始pH值为4.0时,水化产物为表面光滑的板状颗粒—磷酸二钙;当初始pH值为5.0时,水化产物的形貌为片状;当初始pH值为9.3时,水化产物中同时存在针状和片状单晶;当初始pH值分别为11.4和12.4时,水化产物均为针状单晶。透射电镜观测发现片状水化产物沿c轴和<110>方向二维择优生长,针状水化产物沿c轴择优取向生长。X射线衍射和Fourier红外光谱测试结果表明:初始pH值大于5时,水化产物为缺钙型羟基磷灰石,含有少量CO23-和HPO42-,且HPO24-含量随初始pH值的升高而降低。The laws governing changes of hydration products of α-tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP) after hydration reaction at 70 ℃,atmospheric pressure for 24 h with various initial pH values and the growth mechanisms of different morphology of hydration products were studied.A strong effect of initial pH value on morphology of hydration products was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy.The products obtained at pH values of 4.0,5.0,9.3,11.4,and 12.4 were block-shaped dicalcium phosphate with a smooth surface,single crystals with an elongated plate-like shape and a needle-like and elongated plate-like shape,both needle-like single crystals,respectively,which were identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Calculated from diffraction patterns by transmission electron microscopy,the needle-like single crystals grow along c-axis,while the plate-like single crystals are elongated by length along c-axis and by width in the 110 direction.Results from XRD and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy show that the hydration products obtained at different initial pH values(pH5) are all calcium-deficient hydroxyapatite containing small amounts of CO32– and HPO42– which decrease with the increase of initial pH values.
