摘 要:球形钨粉作为热喷涂、多孔材料、粉末冶金等行业应用的高新材料,由于其制备技术的独特性和优异的使用性能,已引起国内外市场和研究者的密切关注。本文依据物理法和化学法对现有的制备球形钨粉的方法进行分类概述,对电弧喷枪法、微波单膜腔法、等离子体法、气相沉积法、钨粉重氧化-还原法、仲钨酸铵循环氧化还原法、钨酸铵超声搅拌-干燥-还原法等的工艺流程、技术特点及应用现状进行了探讨,对各种方法的工业应用价值进行了分析总结,指出等离子体法将是球形钨粉发展的主要方向之一。As an advanced material for thermal spraying,porous material,powder metallurgy industry and other industrial application,spherical tungsten powder has attracted domestic and foreign markets and researchers’ attention,because of its unique preparation techniques and excellent service performance.Based on physical and chemical methods,the existing preparation methods of spherical tungsten powder are classified and summarized in this paper.The process flow,technical features and application status of various methods such as arc-spraying gun method,microwave single mode cavity,plasma,thermal vapor condensation,tungsten powder re-oxido-reduction,APT cyclic oxidation reduction and ammonium tungstate ultrasonic agitation-dry-reduction are discussed.The industrial application values of various methods are analyzed and summarized.The plasma technology is one of the main directions of development for tungsten powder spheroidzing processes.
