摘 要:将自行研发的高效菌投加于武钢焦化公司A/O中试装置中,进行生物强化研究。研究结果表明,系统有机物和氨氮去除效果优异,CODcr,和氨氮的去除率最高可分别达到95%和97%以上,出水CODcr,和氨氮均达到国家一级排放标准。在无需外加碳源的情况下,缺氧池反硝化良好,反硝化率达到50%~73%,缺氧池COD。脱除率可达到20%。45%。High-efficiency bacteria which had been isolated in the lab were applied to purify the coking wastewater within the Anoxic/Oxic pilot plant on the site of the coking factory. Based on the research results of biological intensification in the pilot plant, the total removal efficiencies of ammonium nitrogen (NH3-N) and chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) were 97% and 95% respectively, and the concentrations of NH3-N and CODer in the systematic effluent can meet the criterion specified in the discharge standard. Without any addition of carbon, the removal rate of nitrified product (nitrate and nitrite) and CODe, in the anoxic tank were within the limit of 50%-73% and 20%-45%, respectively.
