保留小阴唇形态的上蒂瓣法小阴唇缩小成形术

摘　　要：目的探讨一种保留小阴唇良好外观的小阴唇肥大整形术式的方法。方法对小阴唇肥大患者应用上蒂瓣法小阴唇缩小成形术，以小阴唇上部为蒂，切除小阴唇中下部全层组织，保留小阴唇边缘，蒂部宽度不小于1．2cm，组织瓣长宽比为3：1。结果本组27例患者，术后小阴唇血运良好，所有切口均I期愈合。术后随访3—18个月，外观形态满意，局部无感觉异常。结论上蒂瓣法小阴唇缩小成形术具有术后瘢痕隐蔽、小阴唇形态佳、术后感觉正常等优点，是矫正各类小阴唇肥大的安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate a safe and effective operative method to treat hypertrophy of labia minora with the labia minora contour reservation. Methods For the patients with hypertrophy of labia minora, superior labia pedicle method was adopted： upper part of labia minora was used as pedicle, and the whole mid- dle and inferior parts of it was removed. The edge of labia minora was reserved. The width of the pedicle was no less than 1.2 cm and the length breadth ratio of tissue flap was 3 ： 1. Results All incisions of 27 patients healed primarily with excellent blood circulation of the labia minora. All patients were satisfied with the appearance of the external genitalia after 3 to 18 months following up. Conclusion It is a safe and effective method for treating different types of hypertrophy of labia minora with these advantages, such as concealed scar, good contour and normal sensation.
