摘  要:目的:探讨低氧对大鼠酪氨酸蛋白激酶Fyn表达的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照组和低氧组,低氧组大鼠进行6周常压缺氧饲养。低氧结束后,采用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR方法,分别观察大鼠海马的Fyn蛋白以及mRNA水平的变化。结果:Fyn在两组大鼠海马CA3区均有表达,与对照组相比,Fyn在低氧组大鼠海马CA3区辐射层表达比对照组降低;同时低氧组动物Fyn的mRNA水平降低。结论:低氧环境使大鼠海马中的Fyn蛋白及其mRNA表达均降低。Objective: To investigate the effect of hypoxia on the expression of Fyn in the hippocampus of rats. Methods: Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control and hypoxia groups. Rats in the hypoxia group were exposed to hypoxia for 6 weeks. Expressions of the Fyn in the hippocampus of the rats were observed by immunohistochemical and RTPCR methods. Results : The Fyn was expressed in CA3 of the hippocampus of the hypoxia and normal rats. Compared to the normal rats, the Fyn protein was significantly decreased at 6 weeks after hypoxia rats. In addition, the Fyn mRNA in the hippocampus of the hypoxia rats by RT-PCR were significantly decreased. Conclusion: These results suggest that Fyn may be involved in the mechanism of learning and memory resulting from hypoxia.
