摘　　要：乙型肝炎(乙肝)重症化过程多变、机制复杂、危害严重。本文从病毒学特征方面对乙肝重症化过程中的致病机制进行综述,以期对乙肝的研究工作提供参考。The severe process of hepatitis B infection, with a variable process and complex mechanisms, can cause great harm to human health. The authors summarize the pathogenic mechanisms in the severe process of hepatitis B in the aspect of virological characteristics, intending to provide a reference for the understanding of HBV infection.
