摘　　要：文章对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸锻炼依从性现状进行分析,从患者和医护人员方面探讨了依从性的影响因素,并提出加强知识宣教,增强自我管理;心理干预;提高医护人员健康教育积极性,加大指导力度;增强锻炼方案的个性化;辅助仪器的研究与应用等提高依从性的对策。This article summarized the current status of breathing exercises compliance in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease （COPD）, and analyzed the intluential factors from the aspects of patients and medical staff. Then it proposed the measures to improve the compliance, including reinforcing health education to enhance self- management, psychological intervention,improving medical staffg enthusiasm in health education, and increasing guide efforts, perfecting personalized exercise programs, developing and applying assistant apparatus, and so on. This review aimed to provide some references for promoting the extensive and effective application of breathing exercises to COPD patients.
