摘  要:目的探讨开展24 h值班制训练教师管理的方法与效果。方法将校内实训基地建设成仿真医院,护理专业大专学生第4学期在校内实训基地开展24 h值班制护理技能训练,通过青年教师导师制、督导听课、外出进修、集体备课等方法,提高教师带教水平。结果通过24 h值班制项目训练,提高了教师队伍水平,学生的综合技能、理论知识和满意度提高。结论仿真医院开展24 h值班制训练,可有效提高教师带教水平,为培养合格护生奠定基础。Objective To explore the method of teacher management in 24 - hour shift training and its effects. Methods A sinmlation hospital was established. The fourth semester of junior college students would receive 24 - hour shift nursing skills training in the simulation hospital. To improve the teaching ability,we took a series of measures,including implementing the tutorial system for young faculty, supervising young faculty's lectures, further study outside, preparing for lessons collectively, and so on. Results After implementing 24 - hour shift simulation training, the teaching ability of teachers, the students'integrated skill and theory knowledge, and the satisfaction degree of students were improved. Conclusion The 24 - hour shift training can effectively improve the level of teaching of teachers, which is the foundation of cultivating qualified nurses.
