摘  要:目的探讨大专护生在普通外科临床实习阶段实施临床阶段性带教的方法与效果。方法选择2009年普通外科实习的78名大专护生,实施阶段性带教。选择2008年的67名实习大专护生,实施常规带教方法,比较两组实习效果。结果阶段性带教实施后大专护生理论与实践考试成绩较实施前显著提高,实施后大专护生对教学满意度高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对普通外科大专护生实行阶段性带教,可增强带教效果,促进临床实习质量的提高。Objeaive To discuss the method and effects of phased teaching of junior college nursing students who was clinical praticed in general surgical departmerits. Methods Phased teaching was implemented in the 78 junior college nursing students practicing in the general surgical department in 2009,and the routine teaching method was conducted among the 67 junior college nursing students practicing in 2008. Results After implementing phased teaching, the scores of theory and practice tests and the satisfaction degree of the junior college nursing students to clinical teaching were significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Practice of the phased teaching method in general surgery departments can improve the teaching effect and the quality of clinical internship.
