摘  要:目的加强对患者送检环节的规范管理,确保护理安全,提高服务质量。方法对住院患者检查过程从整理单据、告知信息、检查预约、推送检查4个环节实施规范化管理,成立专业护送队,进行质量控制。结果 2010年第3季度检查过程总体满意度及检查信息告知、推送过程安全性和推送安排合理性的满意度均高于第1季度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论规范患者送检环节管理有助于确保护理安全,提高患者满意度。Objective To standardize the process management of patients taking medical examinations, in order to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of nursing. Methods The standardized process of inpatients taking examinations included four steps, which were sorting out applications,informing patients of the examinations, making appointments and sending patients for examinations. There were also a professional team to send patients, and quality control was reinforced during these processes. Results The satisfaction rates of patients to the whole process of examination, examination information, the safety and the reasonability on the way to examination in the third quarter of 2010 were higher than those in the first quarter of 2010 ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Standardizing the process management of patients taking examinations is helpful to ensure patient safety and improve patients' satisfaction.
