遂宁市2005—2010年其它感染性腹泻病流行趋势分析

摘　　要：目的掌握遂宁市其它感染性腹泻病流行趋势,为制订防制措施及评价实施效果提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析我市其它感染性腹泻病疫情资料。结果 2005-2010年其它感染性腹泻病年均报告发病率为62.04/10万,各年度报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);各区、县年均报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);无明显发病季节高峰;男性年均报告发病率为69.34/10万,女性年均报告发病率为54.44/10万(P<0.005),男女性别比为1.32:1;散居儿童报告发病数占全部病例的52.12%,职业高峰明显;0～2岁年龄组占全部病例的49.18%,呈典型的婴幼儿高发。结论做好卫生宣教工作,提高防控水平;加强食品安全和饮水卫生监理工作,做好粪便无害化和灭蝇工作;强化疫情监测报告,及时做好预警分析;做好应急处理,有效控制其它感染性腹泻病流行与扩散。Objective To grasp the trend of other infectious diarrheas in Suining City and provide an accurate basis for the implementation of control measures and evaluation of development results.Methods Analyzed the information of other infectious diarrheas in our city using descriptive epidemiology method.Results From 2005 to 2010 the average annual reported incidence of other infectious diarrheas were 62.04/10 million,the annual reported incidence was significantly（P0.005）;district and county average annual reported incidence was significantly（P0.005）;no obvious seasonal peak incidence;male incidence rate of 69.34/10 million annual report,annual reported incidence rate of 54.44/10 women million（P0.005）,male to female ratio was 1.32：1;the number of scattered children reported inciaence of the total number of reported incidence of 52.12%,obviously the occupational peak of incidence;0 to 2 years age group accounted for 49.18%of cases,showing a typical high incidence of infants and young children.Conclusion Doing good health missionary work to improve the prevention and control standards;to strengthen food safety and water sanitation supervision,stool harmless and do the fly work：to strengthen reporting the surveillance,warning analysis in a timely manner,making emergency,effective control of other infectious and spread of epidemic diarrheas.
