106夹具式钢模板体系在上海东方金融广场中的应用

摘　　要：上海东方金融广场通过方案对比,最终采用106夹具式钢模板体系。介绍了模板配置的原则及流水段的划分。对106夹具式钢模板体系和夹具式可调柱模板体系设计进行总结。详细论述了穿墙螺栓的使用,梁窝、阴阳角、直墙接缝处、丁字墙部位、电梯井模板、上反梁节点和吊梆木模节点细部处理措施。结果表明,施工质量得到保证,工期进一步缩短。Comparing with several forms schemes,Shanghai Oriental Financial Square adopts 106 steel forms with coupler system.The configuration principle and construction segments division are introduced.The design of 106 steel forms with coupler and coupler adjustable forms are summarized.Many detailed treatment measures are introduced,such as the use of through-wall bolt,reserve holes in walls,corner forms connection,joints of straight walls,T-shaped walls,forms of elevator shaft,connection points of upstanding beams and hoisted wall forms.The result shows that the construction quality is ensured and the construction period is shortened.
