富林蜜凝胶治疗68例烧伤创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察富林蜜(Flamigel)凝胶对烧伤创面的促愈作用。方法:将68例用富林蜜凝胶治疗的烧伤患者(A组)的创面愈合情况,与68例(B组)应用磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜治疗的烧伤患者的创面愈合情况进行比较,观察创面的愈合效果。结果:浅Ⅱ度、深浅Ⅱ度混合度、深Ⅱ度及残余创面的愈合时间A组分别为(10.5±1.1)d、(13.7±1.6)d、(14.5±3.5)d及(21.1±2.5)d。B组愈合时间分别为(13.6±1.4)d、(17.5±1.1)d、(20.3±1.3)d、(28.2±1.8)d。2组的愈合时间比较,均有显著差异(P<0.01),富林蜜凝胶对创面愈合总有效率为88.2%。结论:富林蜜凝胶对于烧伤浅Ⅱ度、深浅Ⅱ度混合度、深Ⅱ度、残余创面的愈合均有促进作用。Objective：To investigate the healing effect of flamigel on the burn wound.Methods：A total of 68 patients suffering from burn were treated with flamigel or sulphadiazine Zn（SD-Zn）,the time of wound healing was observed.Results： On light second degree burn wound,the average healing time was（10.5±1.1） days treated with flamigel,and（13.6±1.4） days treated with SD-Zn.In severe and light compond second degree burn wound,the average healing time（13.7±1.6） days in the flamigel group was shorter than that（17.5±1.1） days treated with SD-Zn In severesecond degree burn wound,the average healing time（14.5±3.5） days in the flamigel was shorter than that（20.3±1.3） days treated with SD-Zn.In the chronic gramulation burn wound,the average healing time was（21.1±2.5） days and（28.2±1.8） days in flamigel and SD-Zn respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.The total effective rate in flamigal group was 90.57 %.Conclusions： Fiamigel can promote the healing in burn wounds.
