新兵跳伞应激对唾液嗜铬粒蛋白A的影响

摘　　要：目的观察伞兵跳伞焦虑应激状态对唾液嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)的影响,为唾液CgA作为评价跳伞焦虑应激水平的指标提供依据。方法选取跳伞新兵40名(跳伞组),分别在跳伞当天早晨,登机前、着陆后和返回驻地后采集唾液标本,检测唾液中CgA的浓度;在采集唾液的同时,采用状态焦虑量表评估每个时间点新兵焦虑应激状况。另外选取不参加跳伞的伞兵20名(对照组),平行测量。结果与对照组比较,跳伞组于跳伞当天早晨及登机前焦虑评分分别增高24.4%和24.7%(P<0.01),跳伞着陆和返回驻地后焦虑评分明显降低,与对照组相比较差异无显著性。与对照组比较,跳伞组在跳伞当天早晨、登机前及着陆后的唾液CgA水平分别增高21.7%、34.8和49.3%(P<0.01)。跳伞着陆后CgA水平达到峰值〔(57.80±8.38)ng/ml〕,返回驻地后,CgA水平降到接近对照组水平。跳伞组跳伞当天早晨和登机前状态焦虑评分与唾液CgA水平呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论新兵跳伞焦虑应激对唾液CgA有明显影响,唾液CgA可以作为评估跳伞焦虑应激水平的重要生化指标。Objective To investigate the effect of parachuting anxiety stress on salivary chromogranin A（CgA） in parachute recruits,so as to provide physiological evidence for using CgA as an index to evaluate anxiety stress.Methods Saliva samples were collected from 40 parachute recruits,and salivary chromogranin A was measured on the morning before jump,just before boarding the plane,after landing,and after returning to the camp.The state anxiety inventory（SAI） was used to evaluate the subjects＇ anxiety status synchronically.In addition,the control measurements were done in 20 parachutists not jumping on the same day.Results The scores of anxiety in jumping recruits on the morning,and before boarding the plane were 24.4%,and 24.7% higher respectively than those in the control,（P0.01）.Then the scores declined and was not different from the control after landing and reurning to the camp.The level of chromogranin A in parachute on the morning of jump,before boarding the plane,and after landing were 21.7%,34.8%,49.3% higher respectively than those in the corresponding control（P 0.01）.It reached the peak value（（57.80± 8.38） ng/ml） shortly after landing then declined to the level approximate to the comtrol（P0.05）.Conclusion Anxiety stress in the parachutist recruit preparing for parachuting has significant effect on salivary chromogranin A which may be used as an important index for evaluation of anxiety stress.
