我军部分新兵自我效能现状分析

摘　　要：目的调查我军新兵自我效能的现状,分析其影响因素,为对新兵的心理问题开展针对性的心理干预提供科学依据。方法应用一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)和自编一般情况登记表对我军不同部队2005年底入伍的4657名新兵进行测查。结果 logistic多元回归分析结果显示,新兵自我效能与个人因素中的年龄和学历项、家庭因素中的父亲文化程度和父母婚姻评价等项自变量相关,P均<0.05。单因素分析中,17岁年龄组自我效能均值低于其他年龄(18岁1、9岁2、0岁2、1岁)组,高中或以下学历组自我效能均值低于其他学历组,父母婚姻关系好的新兵自我效能均值高于其他组,父亲文化程度高中或以下学历组自我效能均值低于其他组,P均<0.05。结论新兵自我效能的整体状况良好,但年龄较小、学历较低,以及父母婚姻状况不好、父亲文化程度低的新兵,自我效能较低,须引起足够重视。Objective：To investigate the current status of self-efficacy in some recruits of PLA in China and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for intervention in their mental problems.Methods A total of 4657 samples drawn from the recruits enlisted at the end of 2005 in different units of PLA were investigated by using General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES）,and self-made general condition registration.Results Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the self-efficacy of recruits was related with their personal factors such as age,education level,the parents＇ marital status,and father＇s education level（P0.05）.Single factor analysis showed that the score of self-efficacy at the age of 17 was lower than that in other age groups（18～21,P0.05）,and that in education level below high senior middle school group was also lower than other groups（P0.05）,so as in low education level of fathers＇ group（P 0.05）,but that was higher in good parents＇ marital status group（P0.05）.Conclusion The self-efficacy of 4657 recruits of PLA was good in general.However,younger age,lower education level,disharmony of parents＇ marital status,and lower education level of fathers may have lower self-efficacy,to which attention should be paid.
