PET长支链的表征及其对流变和结晶性能的影响

摘  要:本工作利用多检测器凝胶渗透色谱仪表征了长链支化聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),确定了PET的长链支化结构和支化参数(B_(Rg))。通过旋转流变仪和差示扫描量热仪分析含有少量长支链的PET,发现当重均分子量相同时,B_(Rg)为0.94的长链支化PET熔体的零剪切黏度提高约60%,且长链支化PET具有更高的储能模量和更明显的剪切变稀行为;升温结晶和降温结晶分析表明,B_(Rg)为0.94的PET试样具有更高的结晶速率。The long-chain branched polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET) was characterized by means of gel permeation ehromatograph(GPC) equipped with multiple detectors. The long-chain branched structure and the branching index were determined. The analyses of capillary rheometer and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) show that the long-chain branched PET melt with a branching index of 0.94 has approximately 60% increase in zero-shear viscosity, higher storage modulus and more obvious shear-shinning behavior compared with the linear PET having the same weight average molecular mass. Thermal analysis reveals that the crystallization rate of the former is faster than that of the latter during heating and cooling processes.
