摘 要:目的研究微波消毒法对口腔抛光布轮的消毒效果。方法将被枯草芽孢杆菌及乙肝病毒污染的布轮分别用微波炉(700W×17%)消毒,通过细菌培养及核酸扩增方法进行检测,评价不同时间的消毒效果。结果微波炉消毒5 min,枯草芽孢杆菌的阳性检出率为0;微波炉消毒3 min,乙肝病毒的阳性检出率为0,微波炉在低火状态下5 min可杀灭口腔科抛光布轮上所有的细菌和病毒。结论微波炉可做为口腔科抛光布轮的常用消毒灭菌工具,从而简化了常规的消毒程序。Objective To learn microwave disinfection efficacy of stomatologic polishing wheel. Methods Bacterial culture and nucleic acid amplification were used to evaluate the microwave disinfection efficacy of the wheels contaminated with Bacillus subtilis spores and hepatitis B virus for different times. Results The positive rate of B. subtilis spores is zero after 5 minutes disinfected by microwave and the positive rate of hepatitis B virus is zero after 3 minutes disinfected by mi- crowave. It takes 5 minutes to destroy all the bacteria and virus on stomatologic polishing wheels by microwave oven on the condition of low fire. Conclusion, Microwave can be used as a common tool for stomatologic polishing wheel disinfection, and can simplify disinfection procession.
