摘  要:目的研究一种稳定型复方二氧化氯消毒剂,用于微生物污染的设备表面快速消毒。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和模拟现场消毒试验的方法进行了观察。结果以浓度150 mg/L二氧化氯溶液对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15 min,杀灭率为100%。以浓度为30 mg/L二氧化氯溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用6 min,杀灭率均达到100%。用浓度为150 mg/L该消毒剂溶液浸泡作用10 min,对污染在金属管材上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为3.5以上。该消毒剂在本试验浓度下浸泡72 h,对铜、铝、碳钢、不锈钢等金属材料有轻度腐蚀。结论该稳定型二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果,对金属管材表面污染的细菌芽孢具有快速消毒作用。Objective To study a stability chlorine dioxide disinfectant used for faster disinfection the microbial contami- nated on equipment surface. Method Suspension bactericidal test and simulated field disinfection test were used in the la- boratory. Results The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension by 150 mg/L chlorine dioxide for 15 min was 100%. The killing rate of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension by 30 mg/L chlorine dioxide for 6 min was 100%. The killing- logrithm of B. subtilis var. niger spores contaminated on the surface of metal tubes by 150 mg/L chlorine dioxide for 10 min was 3.5. Dipping four kinds of metal material in the suspension of 150 mg/L chlorine di- oxide for 72 h showed slightly corrosion. Conclusion The stability chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good efficacy in killing bacterial vegetable and s^ores, and fast disinfection efficacy in killin~ spores contaminated on metal surface.
